Shared web hosting purchases are eligible for a full refund if cancelled within 30 days of the first payment.

Server products are refundable on a pro-rata basis within 7 days if the service was not used for abuse. Setup fees are non-refundable.

Open a billing ticket from your client area. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
