1. Services

Jio Clouds provides web hosting, virtual private servers, cloud servers and dedicated servers ("Services") subject to these terms.

2. Billing

Services are billed in advance for the selected billing cycle. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless stated. Unpaid services may be suspended after the due date.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the Services for spam, malware, phishing, illegal content, network attacks or any activity that violates applicable law. We may suspend Services that violate this policy.

4. Uptime & support

We target 99.9% network uptime. Support is available 24/7 via tickets from your client area.

5. Termination

You may cancel at any time from your client area. We may terminate Services for breach of these terms.
